1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Noctara Global Solutions's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Noctara Global Solutions provides software development, app building, SaaS development, AI automation, and related technology services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. Noctara Global Solutions retains the right to use general tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed during the engagement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding balances are settled.

5. Limitation of Liability

Noctara Global Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
